While this little home is apparently abandoned, not everything about the original care has been erased with passing time. Thoughtfully painted trim remains on the exterior of the house, and while the curtains are now tattered, they were once personally chosen and still hang from a window missing storm glass. With holes in the roof and a loss of protection from the elements, slowly the original intentions of the home’s inhabitants remains visible but fading. This home is slowly returning to the land as trees and shrubs move in to reclaim what has been abandoned by people who had once picked their curtains.
