Book making has become a part of the crafting world. I learn these things very late because I get much of my crafting supplies from the thrift store and assume that I am about a decade behind the times when it comes to craft projects.
I found a sticky-note-book-making kit when I was there last. It was a dollar, and who could pass it up? So I brought it home and made my own little book of sticky notes. Here is how it went:
Contents: Cardboard book covers and spine, template and sticky-notes.
Using the template, cut out a cover from cool paper.
I had to create a second template for the inner cover from the dotted line. Same process: cut, glue, score.
I have a lot of old cards that are just waiting to be used for a project. I chose a Maxfield Parish Card.
“Cuttlebugged” it then stuck it on the cover.
Ex Libris stamp in the inside cover. Very important.
Wrote a title. In retrospect, I should have used the typewriter.
Tie Shut with twine.
And there it is! A little Sticky Book.
