Hidden Patterns

One of the things I love about photography is its limitations.  You cant take a picture of a moment because every moment of life is far too big to capture through a single lens.

Taking great pictures requires you to pay greater attention to small things–a single aspect of a moment.  This makes taking a walk with a camera a meditative experience as you must focus your mind to see single themes and smaller details.

When I walk with my camera I see beauty in different places than where I expect to see it. Here for example are some pictures of patterns I found on a walk.  They were in places easily missed, like on construction sites or in ditches.
